Trout Lily Suite (#3)

Negative: The property markets itself as a boutique hotel/resort. It simply isn’t. It’s a house with some nice outdoor facilities in a beautiful setting, but it’s still a house—not particularly modern or new. If you arrive knowing you’re staying in a house, it can be quite pleasant. But when you expect a modern boutique hotel, the experience is extremely disappointing. What made it even more disappointing was the response we received after raising this concern with the owners. Rather than listening to our feedback, their reply was defensive, dismissive, and unhelpful. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Big shout out to Patrick who made my birthday trip memorable. Positive: From seamless checkin in to late check out everything was exceptional. The attention to detail throughout the property was unmatched. Negative: Would have loved a TV in the bedroom.

Positive: Réservation de dernière minute dans cette maison qui comprend quelques appartements, tout était impeccable et l'appartement était très bien équipé, très bien situé tout près de Phoenicia et au bord de la rivière dans un cadre magnifique. Belle déco, grand confort, réactivité du personnel pour le code d'entrée et dépannage wifi par téléphone. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des pods de repos, de la piscine et du sauna, c'est encore tôt dans la saison mais ça fait envie, de même que le coin tables et chaises au bord de la rivière. Negative: Rien

Positive: Clean property with nice modern features Negative: Sauna wasn't working for the full stay, property located on the main road

Overall I loved all of it! Deff will go with a bigger group next time! Positive: I love that it felt like such a cozy space and love the fact that it had a sauna outside. Negative: There wasn’t really much I didn’t like, although having a small jacuzzi would have been great!
